Understanding and working well with Creative People
This session is about getting the best from creative teams. Using research and experience to provide an objective understanding of creative people, this session unearths the roots of creativity and as well as profiling the behaviours and approaches of creative people. Clear and easily-applied principles, build around the persuasion principles of CentreBrain are laid out for how to work with creatives (be they Designers (digital or offline); Copywriters; Digital Producers; Production team, or a mix of creative skills. The session uses in-depth research, presents insights and strategies for working well with creatives, and – importantly – explains how people who see themselves as ‘non-creative’ can explore and integrate these insights towards stronger outputs.
